How long will it take me to receive my order

Domestic Standard: Your order is expected to arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.

Domestic Expedited: Expect delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

International Economy Express: Expect delivery within 10-14 business days from the date of purchase.

International Expedited: Estimated delivery 7-10 business days from date of purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

We gladly accept debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, for your convenience. Additionally, we accept payment via money orders. Our accepted forms of payment also include Shopify Payment and PayPal. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.

When I submit my order, will the payment be deducted immediately?

Yes, once you submit your order, our system will complete the transaction and immediately deduct all online orders from your payment method. If any item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you and process the appropriate refund within 3-5 business days.

Can I add an existing order?

Yes, it is only feasible to add a tracking number to an existing order that has not been processed. Otherwise, we cannot make any changes to the order. If you need additional parts, you will need to place another order or contact us to create a new order.
